Who we are and what we do in Spain

We are JD Mercury, a company that has been operating on the Polish labour market for twenty years, hiring workers from Ukraine and Belarus. Moreover, two years ago we decided to expand our activities and enter the Spanish market under the name od JDM España. The way we hire our workers is completely legal and safe, as we meet all the European standards. The employees of our company all have an A1 certificate of coverage, a document which is necessary for workers who move to work in EU countries, Switzerland or the UK, and which certifies which social security legislation applies to them.

We guarantee our clients experienced and skilled staff. Over the past two years we have hired hundreds of people who have been working throughout Spain, including the Canary Islands. We offer workers in fields such as agriculture and services: harvesting fruits and vegetables, seeding, maintenance of fields, cleaning service, laundry, ironing, trash collection, maid service, waiter service, etc.

The only thing our clients have to do is to indicate the type and number of employees they need and we commit to finding, hiring and training them, so that they gain competence for the new job. JDM España is also responsible for the transport of selected workers to Spain, their accommodation and daily commuting to work. What is more, our company offers a special coordinator who monitors the employees and is in charge of all the HR issues. Since the coordinator is available 24/7, our clients do not need to worry about personnel matters and thus save time, money and stress.
